MISSION AND VISION

The P’tit Train du Nord linear park is a regional recreational and touristic asset for the Laurentians which offers it’s own residents access to high-quality transportation and leisure activities on the one hand as well as allowing for management of a major tourist attraction generating significant economic benefits for the region on the other.

The P’tit Train du Nord linear park is renowned as one of the most interesting recreational and touristic equipment of its kind in North America.

Trail conditions

𝗜𝗡𝗙𝗢 𝗣𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗘 | 

🚴‍♀️🚴‍♂️ Le P’tit Train du Nord — This summer, we’re riding… with a few necessary work detours! 🚴‍♂️🚴‍♀️

Our 234 km network welcomes you with a smile, but a few detours are in place to ensure everyone’s safety during ongoing work 👷‍♀️🚧:

🔄 NEW – Sainte-Agathe sector (KM 49 to KM 50)
‼ Due to major repair work on the Route 117 overpass
➡ The trail will be closed from KM 49 to KM 50 for a period of 27 weeks starting June 25, 2025.
➡ A detour has been set up for users. Please consult the detailed map (attached) and follow all posted signage.

🔄 Labelle sector (KM 101.4 to KM 106)
➡ Temporary closure of a section
➡ 5 km detour via chemin du Lac Baptiste, chemin du Lac Joly and montée du Moulin (shared road — caution with motorists!)

🔄 Rivière-Rouge sector (KM 131.3 to KM 132)
➡ Temporary closure of a section
➡ 900 m detour via rue Landry, rue L’Annonciation, up to Napa store.
